To help our local contractors get the product supply they need for priority construction sectors, Climatizer Insulation is now offering Contactless Curbside Pickup for orders placed online by our walk-in or pick up customers; contractors with cube vans, pickup trucks, small trailers typically up to 200 bags.

Online orders will be processed electronically and now due to high demand require up to 48 hours days lead time to process to ensure availability. We will do our best to accommodate you wherever possible. Please note that ALL curbside pick-up orders are final and refunds will not be issued to ensure that both our customers and warehouse team remain healthy and safe. Standards for high quality of material, packaging, as well as health and safety continue to be in place at Climatizer. Please follow the steps below for EASY and SAFE Contactless Curbside Pickup Service:

Step 1: Place Your Order

Submit your order via orders@climatizer.ca using the subject line: Curbside Pickup. Add details of the material requested, quantity and desired pick-up date/time. Please include a telephone number where you may be reached.

IMPORTANT: Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and fulfillment.

Step 2: Await Confirmation 

Await confirmation of order acceptance via email. Your order will be confirmed promptly and instructions for processing payment will be included.

For account holders, your picking slip will be emailed to you to confirm your order.

Step 3: Process Payment

Please follow the instructions provided for processing payment electronically (e-transfer or credit card). Once processed, you will receive another email confirming your successful payment and issuing you a pickup order number. Your invoice will be sent to you electronically.

This confirmation will include the date/time window for your curbside pick-up. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested date/time.

Note: If you require any change in this, please ensure that this is communicated PRIOR to pick up. Please remember ALL curbside pick-up sales are considered FINAL.

Step 4: Pick-up Your Material

Once you have received your email confirmation in Step 3, you are good to go! When you arrive at our facility at 120 Claireville Drive, enter via the North entrance gate and proceed to the designated curbside pick up area in the Northeast parking lot.

Please text 647-244-9475 to notify our warehouse department of your arrival. Your order will be waiting for you to self-load.
